Today I felt the need to return to the forest.
To remember something simple: our deepest roots do not come from the roles we carry in the world, but from the quiet intelligence of the earth.
Perhaps this is why certain journeys begin with the wind and slowly lead us back to the roots.
Somewhere along the way, these reflections began to shape a book I am writing about my experience in Nepal.
