For one afternoon, the pages left the book.
Quando os Ventos Mudam unfolded into space through words, photographs, translucent fabrics, moving images, sound and encounters.
At Casa Caminhoá, the book became something to walk through rather than simply hold. Fragments of its narrative appeared suspended in the architecture, while photographs, projections and objects carried traces of the journey from which the work emerged.
And then the readers arrived.
What began as a solitary process of writing, photographing and remembering became a shared experience.
A question. A door. A beginning. A memory.
